Cookie Policy
Last updated: 19 October 2026
This policy explains how ZedLingua uses cookies and similar browser storage.
1. What they are
Cookies are small files stored on your device by a website. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, serve the same purpose.
2. What we use
- Visitors: ZedLingua does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and does not set any third-party cookies for visitors using the translator or the Contribute form.
- Administrators: when an admin logs in, a session token is kept in the browser so they stay signed in. It is strictly necessary for the admin area to work and is removed when they log out or the token expires.
3. Managing them
You can clear cookies and site storage at any time in your browser settings. Because we only use storage that is strictly necessary for admin sign-in, blocking it will not affect ordinary use of the translator.
4. Changes
If we add analytics or other optional cookies in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.
